We would like to elicit your
support for our fund raising initiative for those infected
and affected by HIV thereby ensuring them greater access to
care, support and medical services. Positive People being
primarily a service provider, we are often faced with
limitations in programmes for our clients due to shortage of
funds and community support. Donations would be utilized to
strengthen the care Programme for PLHIV and the
organizations corpus fund. We at Positive People, look
forward to your support and generosity in this new venture
that would be of immense benefit to a vast number of people
in Goa struggling to cope with the impact of HIV in their
lives
Individuals
If you or some one you know is
infected with HIV or struggling by Drug addiction, they
can contact us for getting some services or we may be able
to refer one to appropriate service providers.
You are requested to show your
concern and empathy towards contributing for the cause,
especially for the children living with HIV in the form of
gifts, clothes, educational allowances or sponsoring a
child.
Corporates
We look forward your financial
support by sponsoring projects and helping economically
challenged patients. We also request you to donate old news
papers for making paper bags for our support group members
IGP scheme and it will have great value when your unused
things turn daily bread for HIV infected people; who are
unable to do other work. We are in need of an ambulance to
transport patients to hospitals and care homes.
Transparency and
accountability
Positive people have been built
on the foundation of transparency, accountability and
credibility. We believe that both benefactors and
beneficiaries have a right to know the inflow and
utilisation of resources. All our financial accounts are
audited by a reputed chartered accountant and are open for
assessment in case of need.
